REIKI (pronounced Ray-key) is a system of natural hands-on-healing originating in Japan.
REIKI means 'Universal Life Energy' the vital energy around and within all living things.

The REIKI Healing available is the
USUI-SHIKI-RYOHO System.
This System of Healing originated from the experience and dedication of Dr Mikao Usui
(d. 1926)

This Therapy is usually given on the Couch and consists of a series of discretly placed hand positions over the Head and Torso starting on the front of the person holding each position for about 10 mins.
Then the client is then asked to turn over where hands are discretly placed down the back, again each position held for about 10 mins.

The session will finish with 2/3 energetic strokes down the spine.

Ladies are requested to wear trousers and to bring a friend or someone they know with them.
