Healing works alongside General medicine as a 'Complementary Therapy' but looks at the medical problem from a different perspective.

Healing works on many different levels, Mind ,Body & Spirit and is therefore known as a Holistic Therapy.

All living things have within and around them energetic systems that provide the link between the 'Universal Life Force' and the Physical being.
Within Humans this Energy is drawn in through the Energy centres (Chakra's) many of which are located at points on the body where major glands are known to be.

Many medical conditions are a result of a disturbance or 'blockage' between this life force and the person. When this occurs, the Physical being is affected, resulting very often in the deterioration of health.

These blockages can be caused by continued stress that many of us have living this modern life or emotional/mental distress which may have happened some time ago, but now show within the physical form as a medical condition or dis-ease (where the body is not at ease with itself).

The Healer has an 'innate' connection with the 'Universal Life Force' this Energy is channeled by the Healer and passed onto the recipient in a way that will bring about balance in the clients 'energetic systems' and allow the Physical body to restore itself. The bodys own healing mechanism is stimulated into action therefore Healing can help broken bones heal quicker, post operative wounds to heal quicker etc
Also, Healing is very good for arthritic conditions, joint problems, sports injuries.
I have also had experience with more serious disease such as Cancer or conditions such as M.S. where clients have commented that it helped them.

Over the past two decades, science has theorised at what makes an atom. many thories have emerged as a result of these studies but one in particular prevails, 'The String Theory' where it is believed that atoms are made of strands, or 'strings' of Energy. It is my belief that Healing has an effect at this level.

The time taken for this restoration to take place is often dependant upon the time the person has had the illness.

Healing does not promise a cure in all cases, but it is usually benificial on some level.

When Healing is being recieved, the person may become aware of subtle sensations of either heat, cold, breeze, tingling, colours or movement. This is all perfectly natural and is simply the movement of energy.

Consultation will be carried out prior to the first Session beginning, I will also examine your Energy centres (Chakra's) using Dowsing (see Section on Dowsing) to determine where, if and extent of any blockages that there may be.

After the session, the person is usually very relaxed, calm and will sleep well that night.
The restoration of balance within the persons energetic systems will continue over the following few days.

I am a registered with the 'NFSH' and 'The REIKI Association' and have been Healing for over Ten years with much of my training being within several NFSH Healing Centres in the region and having passed examination by the NFSH panel.
